"The host was very friendly and gave us some good tips for things to visit, the breakfast was great and the homemade confiture was delicious. It's a great spot to stay to go explore the surrounding area. The view when eating on the terrace was also wonderful."
"You should not have too big of a car to fit into the entrance, but with sensors it is doable."
"A comfortable room at a beautiful and calm location. A very friendly host too. I am looking forward to my next stay!"

"Rien"
"I had the room with the balcony and the stars were absolutely amazing. You really are in the middle of nowhere and it is so quiet. The Internet was great. The breakfast was great. Parking is good."
"Don’t follow your GPS. When you get to the edge of the village, there’s a sign for the hotel. That is better."

"This was a very surprising find. It was an interesting experience finding the place and working with the language barrier, but well worth it. Don’t judge a book by its cover 😊"

"Ideal place for family vacation. The apartment is very well equipped. You can use the garden. Owners are great."
"I have stayed here a couple of times before. It's very clean and comfortable. Right in the middle of town and 2 minutes from the nearest grocery. There's a bakery just downstairs."
Patrice La P'tite Maison
"The apartment was very clean and comfortable and provided everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. We only stayed one night but would have happily stayed longer if we had the time. Slight problem getting the key, but quickly and easily resolved by the owner who was very friendly and easy to contact and made sure we were ok. Good location to visit the centre of Niort"
"Had a wonderful stay. The pool is great, also with the partly covered area, which warm the water, but also provides some much needed shade in summer. The privacy is optimal. Great house with everything you need, although we spent most of our time outside. The kids loved Rosco (the dog) who paid the occasional visit. The plancha and outdoor kitchen was fantastic in summer. The airconditioning kept the house cool during the warm nights. Pool has diffident depths so nice area to play for the kids (4-7) to a deeper end."
