"Great location few minutes away from Metro and many restaurants and shop in Boulogne. Well designed apartment with optimised layout. Newly refurbished with nice bathroom and kitchen; and comfortable bed."
"The spiralling stairs requires full attention and balance. You have better to be well awakened in the morning… Bedroom is at the 2nd level so you would probably not carry any bag upstairs. The apartment is at the 3rd floor without elevator. Staircase is alright but I only had a small cabin luggage. Can be more difficult with larger and heavier bags."

". The apartment was very well situated..near the metro...well equipped kitchen area. Heating, bathroom and bed were very good. The owner was exceptionally nice. I locked my hand bag in the apartment when leaving for home...I phoned him..he could not have been more helpful and understanding..all was resolved in a short time. "The house was beautiful and very clean. Well supplied with facilities you would expect. We especially enjoyed the large living space and outdoor area with pool and hot tub. The owners were very helpful and great with communication. They made visits to check on the pool etc but always checked first."
"Location! It was such a proximity to everything! 10 min walk to the train station, 2 min to a supermarket, 5 min to the promenade and old town and shops. The kitchen had everything necessary, including dishwasher tablets, salt and tea bags. 10/10"
"L'emplacement du logement est super. En face de la place, très central pour tout faire à pied et pas loin de la gare avec une très belle vue. Le logement contient ce qu'il faut (même si quelques améliorations ne seraient pas de refus, comme un egouttoir pour la vaisselle par exemple). Il est petit mais très fonctionnel. Le chauffage fonctionnait très bien - très appréciable en cette période de grand froid."
