"O que nós não gostamos não tem relação com o Hotel, mas com a administração da cidade: As ruas de mão única mudam de posição a cada duas semanas, o que deixa o viajante de automóvel em apuros, pois normalmente usa o GPS e este não é "avisado", fazendo com que o motorista entre na contramão, há poucos metros de chegar ao Hotel. A higiene do Hotel precisa ser mais observada."

"Para quem vai visitar o santuário, este é o hotel perfeito. Da minha minivaranda, conseguia ver a catedral, a procissão. Para chegar até o portão demorava menos de 3 minutos. O hotel tem café da manhã, almoço e janta por ótimos preços e boa qualidade. Eu fiquei bem satisfeita. A caminhada até a estação é tranquila, mas a volta é em parte com subida. No hotel, os funcionários falam português, italiano, além de francês e inglês. Recomendo muito."

"We had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless though small but the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring only few minutes walk to the basilica and the grotto. The staff were very helpful and make us feel welcome. Highly recommended."

"Not that I didn’t like it but I would suggest that for breakfast they will upgrade more variety of food to eat like eggs and sausages rather than just croissants, ham and cheese."
