"Bed: rather soft but not bad. Bathroom: quite big, clean and the shower has good enough pressure. Fridge: tiny but works great. Kitchen: tiny but does the trick, everything necessary for making meals Location: superb; 10 minutes to the main public beach; 10 to the supermarket and the ferry Pool: great, little but quite deep (to my neck, I'm 180cm tall) Deck: amazing views. A/C: quite powerful, you can freeze yourself if you want 😆 Extras: a super cuddly cat would come to visit every morning; the hosts are very nice 😊"

- The room doesn't get pitch black dark, so you'll need a mask if you're light sensitive (dawn it's around 5am) - And It looks over the main road, so there will be traffic noise during the day and very early in the morning (5am) - You might need earplugs.

"Our stay at Tetavake was amazing! The hosts communicated incredibly well including sending over a link to a detailed website with all check-in instructions and specific apartment information. It was super easy to find and located in an ideal location. Close to the city and countless beaches. The apartment was super clean and everything was as advertised. It was missing a coffee machine upon arrival, but the host took care of that quickly. They were super responsive. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well, kitchen was clean and super functional and pool was great."

The pool side could have used some nice lounge chairs; also the apartment lacked a lot of great comfortable seating for sitting around. However, you don't go to Tahiti to hang out in an apartment, so probably not a big deal!

"A decoração é muito bonita e cuidada, apesar do chão do exterior não se poder andar descalço 🤭 O quarto é amplo e a cama muito confortável. A cozinha é funcional mas bem equipada. A localização é perfeita. Taina e Bino foram magníficos. Ajudaram-nos quando tivemos um problema com a bateria do nosso carro 🙏"

Nada a apontar. Estranhamos a casa ser toda aberta mas é tudo tão seguro que não há mesmo nada a apontar! Se regressasse ao Tahiti voltaria a ficar aqui!

"The house was well laid out and really comfortable. We made good use of the kitchen, cooking dinner and we spent a lot of time in the outdoor seating area and the pool. The beds were really comfortable and the showers were nice. The house is gated and had plenty of space to park our car and the kids loved playing table tennis. The photos of this place really don't do it justice!"

The road to the house isn't great but we were able to navigate it easily and it's only a short drive from the main road.
