Only a few steps from Lake Geneva, Villa Toscane is an Art Nouveau building from 1905 with a beautiful interior design. The rooms are decorated in a modern style with light colours. The building’s Art Nouveau architecture gives every room a unique charm, each one with its own particular features. Whether through its mouldings, decorated ceilings or marble fireplaces, Villa Toscane will transport you back in time. All rooms offer the same level of comfort but vary in size to accommodate solo travellers, couples or families of up to 4. Each has a private bathroom with a shower or bath, a hairdryer & a welcome pack, a desk, a mini-fridge for your own use, a flat-screen television, a telephone, a safe & includes free Wi-Fi. Guests benefit from free use of local public transport by requesting the Riviera card upon check-in. "Due to maintenance activity in Villa Toscane, we were given room in the hotel Royal plaza to this property. My feedback is for Royal plaza and not for Villa Toscana. Royal plaza is an amazing hotel, nicely maintained, close to the lake with amazing views."

"This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again I really appreciated the experience. I didn’t mind that the spa is located in a hotel across the street — it’s only a two-minute walk. The spa at the Royal Plaza Hotel is very enjoyable, especially their sauna, steam room, and pool. The room was absolutely fine, and I really appreciated having an electric kettle to make tea in the evening. A big plus is that a city transport card is included, which allows free use of nearby buses. The train station can be reached in about four minutes by bus or around twelve minutes on foot. The room was very comfortable and warm, even though the weather outside was quite cold. A very good hotel with a great spa experience, comfortable rooms, and excellent transport connections. I would happily stay here again, especially outside peak holiday periods."
"The breakfast is very small and basic. While the view of the lake is absolutely stunning, the breakfast itself is quite limited unless you pay extra. It’s fine if you’re in a rush, as I was, but not ideal if you’re looking for variety. During the holiday period, the spa (swimming pool+jacuzzi) was quite crowded, especially with children. However, in the mornings it was calm and peaceful. During my previous weekday stay, it was much quieter and more relaxing."
