"Hotel muito bem Localizado. Boa Vista para rio. Empregados muito prestaveis e simpaticos. Hoje um pequeno problema, com uma reserva extra efetuada fora do booking, mas posteriormente recebemos um pedido de desculpa..., devo salientar que foi o melhor pedido de desculpas ate agora recebido. sabem como tratar dos Hospedes. Na rua do hotel havia um mercado de natal so de comidas, simple e simpatico."

"Pequeno almoço fraco para um hotel de 4 Estrelas. Hotel antigo. As portas dos quartos ainda com chaves. Podiam mordenizar algumas coisas. No quarto, (chão de madeira ) rangia a noite."

"Great location, stunning breakfast room with river views, beautiful decor, comfortable and quiet spaces, coffee machines and water on each floor for a convenient morning cofffe and chocolate, very nice toiletries. Staff are attentive and very welcoming - I even got a "welcome back" card in my room, thank you! I look forward to staying again soon!"

"Friendly staff, clean room, central location, but very quiet at night. No coffee, tea and water in the room, but readily available on the floor. Convenient check-out at 12!"

"Maybe a coffee machine in the room would make the whole experience perfect. But the availability on the floor is covering for this. The floors are a bit creaky, but they give a certain charm to the rooms. Once just has to take the shoes off in the room!"

"Great property - well laid out room (no fridge). Extremely comfortable and modern. Excellent view of the river. Tram was a 2 minute walk. We ate at the outdoor restaurant on one evening g and the food was excellent and service outstanding."
