"- lovely hotel room - Sven at reception was extremely helpful - Location - Service provided"

"- Room toilet was a little dirty - only one bath robe provided for two"

"The room was very spacious, and both the breakfast team and the food were excellent. The staff member who handled our check-in was extremely helpful, taking the time to explain the hotel facilities and give us useful information about Basel. Robin was especially kind and friendly."

"The only thing I would improve is the lack of amenities and complimentary water in the room."

"Great breakfast Excellent front desk staff Clean tidy rooms Nice lobby lounge area"

"Clean, comfortable room, delicious diverse breakfast, polite and friendly staff"

"Noisy outside, impossible to sleep with open windows"

"We loved this hotel, very friendly & helpful staff. The room was superb and the bed & pillows so so comfortable disappointed we only stayed 2 nights. Only ten minutes to the river with a free concert on the Saturday night, Also some great restaurants nearby. We’d happily stay again and can recommend this hotel especially if going on a cruise down the Rhine as the dock is a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute taxi away."

"Nothing. Met and exceeded our expectations."

"Excellent breakfast , Great location with walking distance to the centre and tram services opposite the hotel. Welcoming staff. Club room access was an extra bonus offering refreshments and a few snacks and sweets. Basel card was great with half price of admission to places like the zoo and free public transport"

"Upon cleaning the number of bath towels left were incorrect but this was quickly resolved. Having Lock on the bathroom door would be a good addition"

"The location was excellent because it was right next to the Congress center where my conference happened - Wordcamp. and it had restaurants nearby which was very helpful for my team dinner. Also, it had good breakfast and an excellent Gym which helped me a lot during my stay. Room was neat and clean and had everything i needed. Plus I got a good room where sun light was falling through the windows which was excellent."

"Everything was good."

"just what you would expect from a Marriott hotel. It's clean, the bedroom facilities are great. The size is great. The overall comfort is great. Access to everything is easy. Staff are exceptional in knowledge and helpfulness."

"just a shame that the hotel restaurant wasn't open on the Sunday."

"Location was great for Morgestraich - just a 10 minute walk. Room was a good size."

"I did not have breakfast as CHF 40 is too expensive for my needs. The armchair is not very comfortable for a evening in."
