"Um excelente hotel, tradicional e relaxante. O quarto era grande e confortável. O banheiro ótimo, com duas pias e banheira. Tudo muito limpo. O café da manhã é soberbo, tudo feito com muito capricho, com talheres de prata, iogurtes em copinhos, diversos tipos de queijos, pães caseiros, achei um charme! É no final de Zermatt, mais longe da estação de trem, mas vale a pena a caminhada, ou pagar um transfer a 20 CHF. Nós preferimos caminhar pela charmosa vila de Zermatt."

"A great hotel located very close to everything . We stayed there for a week and it was just great . Very clean facilities , spacious room, and great views of the Matterhorn . The breakfast was very tasty and we also got an upgrade . We will visit it again"
