"My son and I spent three weeks traveling around Puerto Rico and this was a wonderful addition to our trip. I love Pitahaya's focus on sustanability and eco traveling, the exclusion of single use water bottles (BRAVO) and attention to composting and recycling. This is something rarely seen on the island and greatly needed. The mattress in the tent was very comfortable and I absolutely loved showing under the stars. A great way to camp if you are unable to bring your personal camp gear or are simply looking for a more comfortable camping experience."

The main light in our tent would only last for a few seconds. We weren't aware that it was motion activated and that made it challenging to play board games and read at night.

Too many flies specially when we tried to have the canopes at sunset. Perhaps at the parking spot where pick ups, drop offs are made, have a little shed with a couple of chairs so people could sit down while they wait to be picked up cos we came in a cab and sometimes, the driver may have another hire so he has to drop us and go off. Also, do advise guests to bring a sweater as it gets chilly at night. We did have one but only cos a colleague of mine who had been to a desert camp b4 recommended it.

Sunki, the manager and William, the owner are great people, they arrange things for you, it was very helpfull. The kitchen is great, it has everything you need for cooking. There is a fan inside the tent, everything was nicely prepared. I am so greatfull, I have been in this wonderfull place."

Road to the camp is not in the best conditions.

"A small cabin in the woods, crown lands around allowing you to walk or hunt, no electricity, no phone network. A wood stove and candles. What's not to like?"

The road to get there is hard if you have a sedan especially after a snow storm.

"It is situated not so far from the Kolsai lake, the position is suitable for parking as well."

We ordered urta - the kazakh national house for living but the temperature was + 11 degrees above zero only, for south people it’s too cold for summer, thus we asked the administrator to change the place of living , she agreed but the room was only for two people not for four and the prices were different, urta costs 38.000 tg, the room- 25000, and administrator didn’t return the difference.

"Close to store , restaurants and sea. Even pizza on site run by the excellent hostess , Natalie."

"Evererythink was perfect, night of my life but you must be with someone who you ❤️... jacuzzi perfect view, fresh air, like in spaceship... no bad neighbours.... etc etc 8 min walk from barscarsija .... etc etc ❤️"

"Very isolated location in nature, but course enough to get to Groningen. There a window that you can look at the stars at with when you’re lying in bed!"
