"Nice location and a familial atmosphere. Very close to the beach (aprox. 200 m), the restaurant is outside, in a shadowy place. The hotel own a supermarket where you can buy food and beverages. The room was large and clean and cleaned every dey by the staff. The breakfast and the dinner were good and sufficient even not very varietal."
"The lock handler from my door was not well fixed to the door thus I had to turn the key twice in order to safely locking the door. I announced to the reception from the first day but the situation has remained unchanged until I quit the hotel."

"Nu mi-a plăcut cafeaua. Cafeaua a fost sub orice critică, dacă voiai să bei o cafea buna, un expresso, trebuia să o achiziționezi separat. Au avut o ospătară tânără, foarte obraznică, de-a dreptul nerușinată, nu stiu de ce era așa frustrată dar atitudinea ei ne-a determinat să alegem alte restaurante pentru masa de la prânz. In rest personalul a fost amabil. Era să uit, stațiunea sau localitatea Kranevo este departe de a fi o stațiune in adevăratul sens al cuvântului. Cand am intrat in Kranevo am crezut că m-am întors in timp cu 50 de ani."
"Un hotel de 2 stele pe hârtie, în realitate chiar de 3 stele. Un loc minunat, liniște, marea la 100 de metri, personal care ne-a făcut să ne simțim bine, mâncare bună, într-un cuvânt, excepțional. Recomand cu încredere să încercați și vă veți convinge singuri. Noi vom reveni garantat în 2026. Mulțumim personalului pentru tot."

"Aproape de mare, doamnele de la bucatarie drăguțe și prietenoase, mâncare bună, liniște, curățenie... Ce nu mi-a placut este ca gonesc pisicile....desi resturi sunt intotdeauna si pt amaratele astea care nu au nicio vina și oricum multă mâncare irosim și aruncam...."
