"Foi a minha terceira estadia e foi a que gostei menos, cama desconfortável, frio (ainda não ligaram o aquecimento), casa de banho com exaustor de ar barulhento que não se podia desligar, código da porta principal que foi mudado sem avisar ou deixou de funcionar. E tudo isso por quase o dobro do preço que no passado"

"The chimney of the restaurant kitchen (on the ground floor) was next to this room (room 5) and it's windows. So opening the windows was not possible. Also a but noisy in the evening. During our stay we did not meet any staff."

"The property was sparkling clean, comfy, and the temperature was perfect inside. There’s plenty of space in the wardrobes to unpack your clothes. The host is the loveliest lady, went above and beyond to make my stay perfect, and was always super helpful and kind. She’s a literal angel. I’ve never felt so welcome and so much at home at a property before. It is located in a perfect area, everything you may need is a short distance away. Hooome is a real gem in Brussels 🤍"

"Strangely the warming was quite low and having the radiator for 5 did not change anything at all. This is strange, because at the first time the warming was sufficient. Next less important problem - the lighting was not super-strong = could be better."

"Very nice place, located conveniently, close to the tram stop, from which it takes you 15 minutes to go to the centre. Clean and large room, with all the facilities. helpful staff, ready to answer all my questions. The breakfast lady was lovely and she remembered how I like my tea :) The breakfast (included in the prices) was large and very tasty. great way to start my day in Brussells!"
