"Fiz a reserva no booking para 4 pessoas e o booking enviou-me confirmação de 2 pessoas. Por sorte tirei prints da reserva com os preços e número de pessoas, porque já não é a primeira vez que isto acontece. No hotel só estavam à espera de 2 pessoas. Perguntaram-me se iria pagar as outras duas à parte, foi aí que mostrei os prints. Os senhores aceitaram, foram fazer a cama (sofá cama), e claro que não ficaram muito satisfeitos."

"A pensão está a cerca de 20min a pé do centro de Salzburgo, percurso que se faz bastante bem. O quarto tinha a dimensão adequada e tal como a casa de banho estavam bastante limpos. Este edifício apresenta uma decoração aproriada à idade, um estilo mais antigo, que chamou a nossa atenção pelo lado positivo."

"I had the budget single room for 6 nights and was warned that the room would be very simple, but it exceeded my expectations. There was a very comfortable bed, table + chair, big sink, mini fridge, hot water kettle, soap, thrash can, and many coat hangers. The room was nice and clean, the heating worked well. The shared bathroom was clean and only once occupied when I wanted to go in."

"The room was right next to the shared bathroom, so I could hear the door opening, people showering and the washing machine and dryer. The house is quite old so you can hear a lot of noises - I used ear plugs and was fine. The water faucet in my room was leaking, hopefully they will fix this for the next guest."

"A truly unique and atmospheric place. Staying here feels almost theatrical — like living inside a small museum, beautifully integrated into the authentic spirit of historic Salzburg. The hotel is filled with countless antique objects and details that you can spend a long time exploring and admiring. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed, with a rare sense of freedom that makes you feel genuinely welcome. A special mention goes to the excellent heating: the large radiators kept the room wonderfully warm, which was especially appreciated during the cold winter when I stayed there."
