"A estadia foi excelente. O quarto familiar era muito confortável e a limpeza irrepreensível. Destacamos também a enorme simpatia dos funcionários, sempre disponíveis e atenciosos. A localização é fora do centro, o que eu valorizo muito, mas com uma curta caminhada chega-se facilmente, sendo uma zona super tranquila e sem barulhos. Fomos em época baixa, sem turismo em massa, e notámos que Ksamil atravessa uma transformação ao nível das vias públicas, com várias melhorias em curso."

Limpeza exímia , todos os amenities necessários durante a estadia , ferro mediante pedido! Ótima Localização, a 10 min das melhores praias e restaurantes de Ksamil . A piscina é um plus para um final de tarde tranquilo e relaxante . Pequeno almoço muito bom , reposição rápida e eficaz !"

"A televisão não funcionava , tentaram resolver o problema mas não conseguiram . . No entanto a tv tinha ligação à internet e conseguimos conectar as nossas contas de Netflix e prime vídeo , o que resolveu ;)"

"I love the warm welcome I received from Havo, she was exceptionally kind and I’m grateful for the hospitality especially after I drove for about 4-5 hours to the destination. She made sure that everything was provided and was always up on her feet to be helpful and provide the best service. At the end of our stay I made it clear to her that I would be coming back to stay at the exact same place since the location is the best, it’s close to some of the best beaches in the whole of ksamil. Loved everything. Even the woman who cooked our breakfast every morning was such a sweetheart! She was always ready to do anything if asked. So I thank everyone at the hotel for being so exceptional. Hope to see them soon again."

"Was a little further from the strip which was actually lovely but the pool was freezing! Much colder than the sea but it was refreshing."

"The hotel was exceptional! The rooms were very clean and newly renovated, modern style, with a balcony. The reception girls were so helpful and kind, helped us book a taxi, book a ferry and were always available and keen to help. The location is perfect, being a few mins walk from the beaches, and a 20 minute drive to Saranda. There is a bus from the Saranda ferry port to a bus stop 5 mins walk from the hotel and it is 2 euros or so. The breakfast is buffet style with a nice view to the beach. I wouldn't say the breakfast was the highlight of our stay, but we were extremely pleased with the rest and highly recommend!"
