"The staff are very friendly and the appartment very nice and clean. I really loved the location nearby The Souk Mall."

"The breakfast was really cold, this was a major disappointment. The set up looked good and delicious and the warm food was placed in the shaver disk but no heater or burner below. The pratha, dal and sausages and other food was served cold, even the snacks. We asked the lady to put our plates with food in the microwave. So we could eat our breakfast warm. The next day i went and had my breakfast alone, again the food that should have served warmer was cold or lukewarm. I only ate some fruit and drinked jus and thats it. I filled out a form and hopefully u can improve the breakfast to serve the food and snacks warm."

"Only complaint would be that the wardrobes in the twin room were divided by a shelf across the middle, so couldn't hang dresses and trousers properly"

"The safe in cupboard did not work. I feel the curtains could do with a really good clean. They look dirty. Disappointed that I was told that I had a visitor in my room with me one night, which I didn't. Obviously someones record keeping was not correct."

"The amenities and interior of the apartment is really superb. Location wise , it’s within the city so it’s close to everything. Bed, living area, kitchen are all top notch"
