"Everything was very good (especially the staff, who were all very helpful), although there was some sort of mix-up when I first arrived. I was initially asked to share a room (I’d booked a single room), but I was eventually found a single room, so no worries. Like many places in the Middle East, I had problems finding the place. I had to ask many people. There’s no Bright Stay signage outside or even inside the hotel. This made it very difficult to find. My only criticism is that I think the management should make it easier for guests to find the place. Maybe write something in the confirmation message or something like that."

"Very nice location- near JBR and still quite busy but away from the madness. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfy. Completely air conditioned too. The host was very responsive. The building is very secure. The pool is nice and has a good view as well. There is a nice gym and the spa was a bonus. The parking space is handy for those with a rental car (like us). The smart TV with Netflix was a nice touch."
